As you wind your way up to our idyllic retreat, the Portland Shepherd Hut will be situated on the left-hand side. This beautifully crafted hut boasts a prime position, offering uninterrupted panoramic views across the rolling Retford countryside.

​Nestled in the heart of our glamping retreat, the Herdwick Shepherd Hut boasts a central location, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the serene atmosphere of the site. But that's not all! Your stay at Herdwick has fantastic views over the paddock where our resident sheep graze peacefully.
